Injectable Trace Minerals, Because Timing Matters

Restoring a cow’s trace mineral status prior to breeding is essential for timely return to estrus, improved conception rates, and successful pregnancy maintenance.1 The fetal demands of pregnancy alone can reduce trace mineral status by approximately 30% by calving.2

Oral mineral programs are important, but they can’t restore trace mineral levels quickly enough when timing is key. Adding an injectable trace mineral offers a fast and reliable way to elevate trace mineral status.

Bulls Benefit from Trace Minerals, too

Trace minerals play a key role in sperm motility and morphology.4 Administering an injectable trace mineral prior to breeding, typically at the same time as a Breeding Soundness Exam or semen evaluation, helps ensure they have the trace mineral support needed.

Bolster Immune Response and Vaccine ROI

Set calves up for success at branding. Research shows that administering an injectable trace mineral along with vaccines significantly improves antibody protection against BRD pathogens. In fact, 80% of the calves studied increased antibody levels by 4 times compared to just 53% of those that didn't.3
